CODE OF ORGANIZATION AND CIVIL PROCEDURE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2007(ACT VII OF 2007) Correction of Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 1(2) of the Code
of Organization and Civil Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2007, the Minister responsible for Justice has made the following correction to Legal Notice 328 of 2008:

1. The words "31 and 35" in the above-mentioned Legal Notice shall be cancelled and there shall be substituted therefor the words "and 31 to 35, both inclusive".2. The Minister responsible for Justice has established the 1st December, 2008, as the date on which the correction made and published in this Legal Notice shall be deemed to have come into force.
