Co-operative Societies (Levying of Fees) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 12 and 108 of the Co-operative Societies Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Social Policy has made the following regulations>–
1. The title of these regulations is the Co-operative Societies (Levying of Fees) Regulations, 2003 and they shall come into force on the 1st October, 2003.
2. The words used in these regulations shall have the same meaning as in the Co-operative Societies Act, hereinafter referred to as “the Act”.
3. The fees prescribed in the Schedule to these regulations shall be the fees to be levied in relation to the inspection or issue of documents, certificates, copies or extracts under the Act.
SCHEDUDLE

Registration of documents delivered to the Secretary of the Co- operatives Board in compliance with Article 29 (1), (2) and (3) of the Co-operative Societies Act, (Cap.442)>
For every copy per sheet>
For a certificate regarding true copies>
For any other certificate issued upon the request of any person> For every inspection of documents, in paper format, of each co-
operative society, per file>
For the inspection of documents, in electronic format, of co- operative societies, per hour or part thereof>
