Notice of bringing into force of the
Co-operative Societies (Establishment of Administrative
Penalties and Sanctions) Regulations, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 17 and 108 of the Cooperative Societies Act, and as indicated in regulation 1 of the Co- Operative Societies (Establishment of Administrative Penalties and Sanctions) Regulations, 2003, published by Legal Notice No. 115 of
2003, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Social Policy has
established the 1st December, 2003 as the date when all the provisions of the said regulations shall come into force.
