Income Tax Exemption (Philanthropic Work) Notice, 2005
BY VIRTUE of the powers vested in him by article 12(1)(e) of the Income Tax Act (Cap. 123), the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance has named the “MITTS Foundation for Information Technology Accessibility” as being engaged in philanthropic work, and thus exempt from income tax.
