Delegation of Function to Local Councils (Amendment) (Road Construction), Order 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 33(1) (m) of the Local Councils Act, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs in concurrence with the Malta Transport Authority, has made the following order>–

Title.

L.N. 197 of 2003

Amends Schedule to the principal order.

1. The title of this order is the Delegation of Function to Local Councils (Amendment) (Road Construction), Order, 2003 and shall be read and construed as one with the Delegation of Function to Local Councils (Road Construction) Order, 2003, hereinafter referred to as “the principal order”.
2. In the Schedule to the principal order, immediately under the words “San :iljan” and the corresponding date “7th April, 2003 (160)” there shall be added the Local Councils localities and the relatives dates as follows>

of Notary Franco Pellegrini dated
