LOCAL COUNCILS ACT (CAP. 363)Local Councils Elections Order, 2009

THE Prime Minister is by this order issued by virtue of article
8(5)(6) of the Local Councils Act, establishing the 6th June, 2009 as the date when the Local Councils Elections which were due to be held in March 2009 shall now be held.
