LOCAL COUNCILS ACT (CAP. 363)
Local Councils (Delegation of Enforcement) (Amendment) Order, 2003
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 33(1), 36(6) and
72 of the Local Councils Act, the Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following order>–

Citation.

L.N. 32 of 2000

Amends the Second Schedule to the principal order.

1. The title of this order is the Local Councils (Delegation of Enforcement) (Amendment) Order, 2003, and it shall be read and construed as one with the Local Councils (Delegation of Enforcement) Order, 2000, hereinafter referred to as “the principal order”.
2. In the Second Schedule to the principal order, in Part I thereof, for the words “To be established” under the heading “Effective date of delegation” with regard to the locality under the heading “Local Council” which is “Floriana” there shall be substituted the date “17th June, 2003”< and for the words “To be established” for the locality “Xg[ajra” there shall be substituted the date “17th July, 2003”.
