POLICE LICENCES ACT (CAP. 128)
Title and commencement.
G.N. 846 of 1949.
Amends paragraph
63 of the First Schedule to the principal regulations.
Police Licences (Amendment) Regulations, 2006
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3 of the Police Licences Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice and
Home Affairs, with the concurrence of the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, has made the following regulations>–
1. (1) The title of these regulations is the Police Licences (Amendment) Regulations, 2006, and they shall be read and construed
as one with the Police Licences Regulations, 1949, hereinafter referred to as “the principal regulations”.
(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st January, 2006.
2. The First Schedule to the principal regulations shall be amended as follows>-
(a) for item 63, there shall be substituted the following> “63. For the use of a tractor#tractor-trailer combination,
