PENSIONS ORDINANCE (CAP. 93)Pensions Ordinance (Employment with the Malta TransportAuthority) Order, 2009
IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 8A of the Pensions Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as “the Ordinance”, the President has made the following order:-
Citation.
Designation in terms of article 8A of the Ordinance.
1. This order may be cited as the Pensions Ordinance(Employment with the Malta Transport Authority) Order, 2009.
2. With effect from 22nd March 1991, the Public Transport Authority, and as from the 4th August 2000 the same entity is referred to as the Malta Transport Authority, is being designated as an entity with which an officer who terminates Government service may take up full time employment in terms of article 8A of the Ordinance and for the purposes thereof.Ippubblikat mid-Dipartiment tal-Informazzjoni (doi.gov.mt) — Valletta — Published by the Department of Information (doi.gov.mt) — Valletta
