REFUGEES ACT (CAP. 420)
Refugees Act (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations, 2005
BY virtue of the powers conferred by the provisions of sub-article (2) of article 18A of the Refugees Act, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Justice and Home Affairs has made the following regulations>–

Citation.

Amends the

Schedule.

1. The title of these regulations is the Refugees Act (Amendment of Schedule) Regulations, 2005, and they shall be read and construed as one with the Schedule to the Refugees Act, hereinafter referred to as “the Schedule”.
2. In the Schedule, the word “Mali” shall be deleted.
