REVERSION OF CERTAIN LANDS ACT, 2001 (ACT NO. XVII OF 2001)Reversion of Certain Lands (No. 1) Order, 2003

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 3(1) of the Reversion of Certain Lands Act, 2001 the Minister for Home Affairs and the Environment has made the following order:-

1. The title of this Order is the Reversion of Certain Lands (No.1) Order, 2003.

2. The property specified in article 3 of this Order shall revert to the person or persons to whom the land belonged, by whatsoever title, as if the acquisition by virtue of article 5 of the Building Development Areas Act, Chapter 303, had never taken place with effect from the 4th July 1983, on which date the land in question was acquired by Government in virtue of the said article.

3. The property to which article 2 of this Order refers is the following, that is to say:

(i) Five divided portions of the same land at Mosta limits of Ta’ Santa Margerita, namely plot 1 of area of circa 433 square metres and is bounded from the North and East by a public road and from the South-west by property of the Government, plot 2 of area of circa 14,249 square metres and is bounded from the North- east by a public road and from the North-west and East by property of the Government, plot 3 of area of circa 41,739 square metres and is bounded from the South and North-west by property of the Government and from the South-west by a public road, plot 4 of area of circa 17,421 square metres and is bounded from the North, West and South-west by a public road and plot 5 of area of circa
14,592 square metres and is bounded from the North, North-east and South by a public road, which plots are shown edged in red on plan P.D.16_2003_A and indicated as plots one (1) to five (5) respectively, as appearing in the attached Schedule.
(ii) Nine divided portions of the same land at San :wann limits of Ta]-}wejt, namely plot 1 of area of circa 1,501 square

metres and is bounded from the North-east by a public road, and from the South-east and West by property of the Government; plot
2 of area of circa 1,015 square metres and is bounded from the North-west and South-east by a public road and from the South- west by property of the Government; plot 3 of area of circa 309 square metres and is bounded from the North-east by property of the Government, from the North-west by a public road and from the South-east by property of John Calleja and others; plot 4 of area of circa 2,640 square metres and bounded from the North- west, by property of John Calleja and others, from the North by property of the Government and from the East by property of B&S Construction Ltd; plot 5 of area of circa 11,010 square metres and is bounded from the North-west, South-west and South by a public road; plot 6 of area of circa 243 square metres and is bounded from the North-west by a public road, and from the North-east and East by property of Joseph Gauci and others; plot 7 of area of circa
6,121 square metres and is bounded from the North-east and South- east by a public road and from the North-west by property of the Government; plot 8 of area of circa 7,971 square metres and is†bounded from the North and East by a public road and from the South by property of the Government; and plot 9 of area of circa
10,611 square metres and is bounded from the East and South by a public road and from the North by property of the Government, which plots are shown edged in red on plan P.D. 26_2003_A and indicated as plots one (1) to nine (9) respectively, as appearing in the attached Schedule.
(iii) Twelve divided portions of the same land at Naxxar limits of Tas-Sghajtar, namely plot 1 of area of circa 410 square metres and is bounded from the North-east, South-east and South- west by a public road; plot 2 of area of circa 4,070 square metres and is bounded from the North-east, South-east and North-west by a public road; plot 3 of area of circa 1,169 square metres and is bounded from the North-west and South-east by a public road and from the North by property of the Government; plot 4 of area of circa 6 square metres and is bounded from the North-west, North and South-west by a public road; plot 5 of area of circa 598 square metres and is bounded from the North-west, South-east and South- west by a public road; plot 6 of area of circa 321 square metres and is bounded from the North-west, South and South-east by a public road; plot 7 of area of circa 9,927 square metres and is bounded from the North-east by property of Giuzeppi Fenech and others, from the North-west by a public road and from the South-
east by property of Carmelo Vella; plot 8 of area of circa 524 square metres and is bounded from the North-west and South-west by a public road and from the South–east by property of Victor Scerri; plot 9 of area of circa 4,765 square metres and is bounded from the North-west and South-east by a public road and from the South- west by property of the Government; plot 10 of area of circa 8,280 square metres and is bounded from the North-east by a public road and from the North and West by property of the Government; plot
11 of area of circa 302 square metres and is bounded from the East, South and South-west by property of the Government; and plot 12 of area of 438 square metres and is bounded from the North and North-west by property of Blokrete Ltd and from the South- west by property of the Government, which plots are shown edged in red on plan P.D.11_2003_A and indicated as plots one (1) to twelve (12) respectively, as appearing in the attached Schedule.
(iv) Three divided portions of the same land at Qormi, limits of Tal-Handaq, namely plot 1 of the area of circa 9,597 square metres and is bounded from the North-east and South by a public road and from the North by property of Ian Zammit; plot 2 of the area of circa 1,568 square metres and is bounded from the North, North-West and South-east by property of the Government; plot 3 of the area of circa 640 square metres and is bounded from the North, West and South by a public road, which plots are shown edged in red on plan P.D. 4_2003_A and indicated as plots one (1) to three (3) respectively, as appearing in the attached Schedule.
(v) Two divided portions of the same land at Attard limits of Tal-Fuklar, namely plot 1 of area of circa 1,238 square metres and is bounded from the South and South-west by property of Leonard Mifsud and others and from the South-east by property of Spin Holdings Limited; and plot 2 of area of circa 129 square metres and is bounded from the North, South-east and East by property of Giovanna Cutajar and others, which plots are shown edged in red on plan P.D. 8_2003_A and indicated as plots one (1) to three (3) respectively, as appearing in the attached Schedule.
(vi) Five divided portions of the same land at Swatar, limits of Msida, namely plot 1 of the area of circa 8,197 square metres and is bounded from the†South-west and South-east by a public road and from the North-west by property of Paul Caruana and others, plot 2 of the area of circa 159 square metres and is bounded from the South by property of M & B Ltd, from the North-west

and North by property of S.C. Co Ltd, plot 3 of the area of circa
3,687 square metres and is bounded from the North-west by property of M & B Ltd and from the South-west and South-east by a public road, plot 4 of the area of circa 27,799 square metres and is bounded from the North by a public road, from the West by property of Telamon Ltd and from the East by property of Joseph Gauci and others and plot 5 of the area of circa 4,259 square metres and is bounded from the South and North-east by a public road and from the North-west by property of Orazio Cannataci, which plots are shown edged in red on plan P.D.117_2002_A and indicated as plots one (1) to five (5) respectively, as appearing in the attached Schedule.
