SPORTS ACT (CAP. 455)Kunsill Malti gall-Isport(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 1) Order, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred by article 16 of the Sports
Act, the President of Malta has made the following order:-

1. The title of this Order is the Kunsill Malti gall-Isport

(Transfer of Designated Property) (No. 1) Order, 2011.

2. The property described in article 4 is hereby being designated for the purpose of the enjoyment, possession, use and management of all rights and obligations appertaining to such designated property in terms of article 16 of the Sports Act.

3. The designated property referred to in article 2 shall be transferred and vest in the Kunsill Malti gall-Isport as provided in the aforesaid article with effect from the 1st October 2010.

4. The property referred to in article 2 is the following, that is to say:

Football Pitch and Ancillary facilities at Tignè Point, Sliema registered as Property no. E21472, having an area of approximately 8,970 square metres at Level 1 and 1,618 square metres at Levels 0 and -1 respectively, bounded on the North East, South East and South West by the property of MIDI plc as indicated edged in red on plan P.D. 2010_247_A.
