Notice of coming into force of Part VII
IN exercise of the powers conferred by articles 1(2) and 25 (2) of the Various Laws (Amendment) Act, 2003, the Minister for Transport and Communications has appointed the 1st May, 2004 as the date when the provisions of articles 26 to 28 of the said Act shall come into force.
