WATER SERVICES CORPORATION ACT (CAP. 355)
Notice of coming into force
IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by article 1(2) of the Water Services Corporation Act, the Minister for Information Technology and Investment has established the 1st October, 2003 as the date on which subparagraph (i) of paragraph (c) of subarticle (3) of article 3 and paragraphs (a) to (e) and the whole paragraph (f), including the carrying out of tests, of article 19 of the said Act shall come into force.
