WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY ORDINANCE (CAP. 49)Wireless Telegraphy Ordinance (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Regulations, 2003
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by article 4(2) of the Wireless Telegraphy Ordinance, the Minister for Transport and Communications, in concurrence with the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs, has made the following regulations:-
1. The title of these regulations is the Wireless Telegraphy Ordinance (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Regulations, 2003 and they shall be read and construed as one with the Wireless Telegraphy Ordinance, hereinafter referred to as “the ordinance”.2. In item 1, column 2, paragraph (a) of the Schedule to the Wireless Telegraphy (Broadcast Licence Charges) Regulations, 1962 contained in the Schedule to the Ordinance, the words “having a picture tube not exceeding 53cm measured diagonally and” shall be deleted.Ippubblikat mid-Dipartiment ta’ l-Informazzjoni (doi.gov.mt) — Valletta — Published by the Department of Information (doi.gov.mt) — Valletta
