PART XII - ASSIGNMENTS AND TRANSMISSIONS

Regulation 67. Entry of assignment in Register.

When the Registrar is satisfied as to the title of an applicant under subregulation 63(1), he shall cause the applicant to be registered as proprietor of the trade mark in respect of the relevant goods or services and shall enter in the Register -

(a)

the name and the trade or business address of the new proprietor, including the names of all the partners where the new proprietor is a partnership;

(b)

any address for service filed under regulation 10; and

(c)

particulars of the assignment or transmission.
