THE TRIAL CHAMBER

ORDER FOR A PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
(UNDER RULE 73 bis)

THE TRIAL CHAMBER (“Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”);

NOTING the Status Conference held in this case on 2 and 3 March 2004 and the discussions therein on the date for the Pre-Trial Conference;

NOTING ALSO the consequential Orders issued by the Trial Chamber following the Status Conference;[1]

CONSIDERING that the date for trial will be determined following the execution of these Orders;

PURSUANT TO Rule 73 bis of the Rules;

HEREBY ORDERS that a Pre-Trial Conference shall be held on the 29 April 2004.

[1] Order to the Prosecution to File a Supplemental Pre-Trial Brief, 30 March 2004; Order to the Prosecution to File Disclosure Materials and Other Materials in Preparation for the Commencement of Trial, 1 April 2004; and Order to the Prosecution for Renewed Motion for Protective Measures, 2 April 2004.
