TRIAL CHAMBER I

ORDER DETAILING AMENDMENTS TO JUDICIAL CALENDAR

TRIAL CHAMBER I (“Trial Chamber I”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Judge Benjamin Mutanga Itoe, Presiding Judge, Hon. Judge Bankole Thompson, and Hon. Judge Pierre Boutet;

RECALLING the Trial Chamber’s Order Detailing Judicial Calendar of the 8th of October 2004, scheduling the fourth and the fifth trial sessions of the trial against the Accused Issa Hassan Sesay, Morris Kallon and Augustice Gbao to run from the 5th of April 2005 to the 13th of May 2005 and from the 1st of July 2005 to the 9th of August 2005 respectively;

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court;

HEREBY ORDERS that the following amendments to the above-noted judicial calendar shall be made:

1. The fourth trial session will be extended and will now run from Tuesday, the 5th of April 2005 to Wednesday, the 18th of May 2005; and
   
2. The fifth trial session shall be shortened and will now run from Friday, the 1st of July 2005 to Friday, the 5th of August 2005.
