ORDER DETAILING AMENDMENT TO JUDICIAL CALENDAR AND SCHEDULING ORDER FOR STATUS CONFERENCE

IN TRIAL CHAMBER I (“The Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Justice Benjamin Mutanga Itoe, Presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Bankole Thompson and Hon. Justice Pierre Boutet;

MINDFUL of the Trial Chamber’s decision of the 11th of May, 2004, in which it ordered that the joint trial of the three accused, Issa Hassan Sesay, Morris Kallon and Augustine Gbao, shall commence on the 5th of July, 2004;

RECALLING the Order Detailing Amendments Judicial Calendar dated the 18th of April, 2005 in which the Chamber ordered that the fourth trial session for this case will run from Friday, the 1st of July, 2005 to Friday, the 5th of August, 2005, inclusive;

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 and Rule 65bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court;

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

1. that the above-noted judicial calendar shall be further amended with the fifth trial session now running from Tuesday, the 5th of July, 2005 to Friday, the 5th of August, 2005, inclusive; and,
2. that a Status Conference shall be held on Monday, the 4th of July, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1.
