SCHEDULING ORDER DETAILING JUDICIAL CALENDAR (MAY – JULY 2007)

TRIAL CHAMBER I (“Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Justice Bankole Thompson, Presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Pierre Boutet, and Hon. Justice Benjamin Mutanga Itoe;

RECALLING that the Consequential Orders Concerning the Preparation and the Commencement of the Defence Case dated the 28th of March 2007 ordered, inter alia, that the Defence case commence on the 3rd of May, 2007;

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

HEREBY ORDERS that the Defence case shall proceed until Friday, the 27th of July 2007.
Subject to any further Order by this Chamber, the Defence case shall then resume on Wednesday, the 5th of September 2007.
