ORDER DETAILING JUDICIAL CALENDAR

THE TRIAL CHAMBER I (“Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Judge Benjamin Mutanga Itoe, Presiding Judge, Hon. Judge Bankole Thompson, and Hon. Judge Pierre Boutet;

RECALLING the Order Rescheduling Judicial Calendar dated the 25th of September 2007, ordering that the Defence case resume on Thursday, the 4th of October 2007, at 9:30 am and proceed continuously until its completion, save for Judicial Recesses;

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 and Rule 65bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court;

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

1. that the current trial session will conclude on Thursday, the 6th of December 2007;
2. that a Status Conference will be held on Wednesday, the 9th of January 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1; and
3. that trial will recommence on Thursday, the 10th of January 2008, at 9:30 am.
