Civil Procedure Code (Amendment) Act (No. 14 of 1993) - Sect 1

Short title and date of operation

1. This Act may be cited as the Civil Procedure Code (Amendment Act, No. 14 of 1993 and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may appoint by Order published in the Gazette.
