Rana Viru Seva Authority Act (No. 54 of 1999) - Sect 12

Authority to be a Scheduled Institution within the inclining of the Bribery Act

12. The Authority shall be deemed to be a Scheduled Institution within the meaning of the Bribery Act and the provisions of that Act shall he construed accordingly.
