Air Ceylon (Amendment) Act (No. 40 of 1971) - Sect 2

Insertion of new section 4A in Chapter 280

2. The following new section Is hereby Inserted immediately after section 4, and shall have effect as section 4A, of the Air Ceylon Art, hereafter referred to as the " principal Act ":-
4A. The Minister maw from time to time, either of his own motion or after consultation with the corporation, give to the corporation in writing general or special directions as to the performance of its duties and the exercise of Its powers, and the corporation shall give effect to such directions ".
