Appeal to be numbered entered on Register of Appeals

329.
(1) On receipt of the notice of appeal, or on leave to appeal being granted, the Registrar shall forthwith number the notice or the application, as the case may be, enter such number on the Register of Appeals and notify the parties concerned in the form prescribed by rules of court.
(2) In Bebery appeal in a criminal case or to which the State or a State officer is a party the Attorney- General shall be deemed to be a party concerned.
