| 3. Section 45 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, in the proviso to that section, by the substitution, for the words " in the nearest District Court, Court of Requests, or Magistrate's Court,", of the words " in the nearest District Court, Court of Requests, or Magistrate's Court, or, if it be more convenient, in such District Court, Court of Requests, or Magistrate's Court as the Supreme Court or such Judge thereof may consider appropriate,".[* 22nd June, 1962, appointed by Order published in Gazette (Extraordinary) No. 13,178 of 21st June, 1962. ] [ † 16th March, 1964, by Order published in Gazette No. 13,950 of 14th February, 1964.] |
