Section 5 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (2) of that section by the substitution, for the words and figures " by section 69 of the Income Tax Ordinance, and the provisions of that Ordinance, as", of the words and figures " by section 69 of the Income Tax Ordinance or of the period of six years prescribed by section 94 of the Inland Revenue Act, No. 4 of 1963, and the provisions of that Ordinance or of that Act, as the case may be, as". |
