International Irrigation Management Institute Act (No. 6 of 1985) - Sect 17

Chairman of the Board

17.
(1) The Board shall from time to time elect one of its members, other than the Director-General, to be its Chairman, for such period as it may determine.
(2) The Chairman, or if he is not present another member elected by the Board, shall preside at every meeting of the Board.
(3) The Chairman, or such other member shall not be entitled to vote, except in the case of an equality of votes.
