Insurance (Special Provisions) Act (No. 22 of 1979) - Sect 18

Powers of the corporation

18. The provisions of section 6, other than paragraphs (c) and (g) of the Insurance Corporation Act, No. 2 of 1961. shall apply as if those provisions were provisions of this Act and as if reference in that section to " Corporation" were references to a " corporation ".
