Mediation Board Act (No. 72 of 1988) - Sect 15

Representation

15. No Attorney-at-law, agent or other person shall be entitled or be permitted to appear on behalf of any disputant in any matter before a Board: Provided however, that representation before a Board
(a) of one spouse by another spouse ; or
(b) of a minor or other person under any disability, by his parent, guardian or curator, shall be permitted.
