Merchant Shipping Act (No. 52 of 1971) - Sect 51

Grant of new certificate

51. The Registrar of the port of registry of a Ceylon ship may, with the approval of the Chief Registrar, and on the delivery to him of the certificate of registry of a ship, grant a new certificate in lieu thereof.
