| 51. Every person who does any of the acts mentioned in section 50 with the intention of unlawfully learning the contents of any message or of committing any offence punishable under this Act. shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment of either description or a term not exceeding six months in addition to the fine prescribed by section 50. |
